Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira
- Payment must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food products:
Perishable goods may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 24hrs of delivery.
Training Services
For training programs:
Registration may require advance payment.
Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of registration.
We reserve the right to reschedule or modify training sessions if necessary.
